What makes your plumbing "eco-friendly"?
We fix leaks that waste water around the clock, suggest efficient fixtures like 4.8 L toilets and low-flow faucets and showerheads, clear drains mechanically instead of with harsh chemicals, and repair parts rather than replace whole fixtures when that's the better option.
Should I repair my toilet or replace it?
If your toilet is newer and just running or leaking, a repair is usually all it needs. If it's an older 13 L model, replacing it with an efficient 4.8 L toilet can save a household tens of thousands of litres a year. We'll tell you honestly which makes more sense.
What should I do if a pipe is leaking right now?
Close the shut-off valve closest to the leak. If you can't find one, close your home's main water valve, usually where the water line comes in near the meter in the basement. Turn off electricity to any wet area if it's safe to do so, then call us.
Can a dripping faucet really waste that much water?
Yes. A tap dripping 10 times a minute wastes over 1,300 litres a year, and faster drips waste much more. Try the estimator above to see what it adds up to in your home.
